We allow for a turnaround time of up to four months on our films, as they aren’t outsourced – they are edited with love by our incredible team. Because we are so focused on sharing the story of your day perfectly, we take our time in selecting music and the specific shots and bits of audio to go along with it. However – we do offer expedited editing, meaning you can have your film back pretty much by the time you return from your honeymoon! We shoot in a creative, documentary style meaning that we cinematically capture your day, just as it was. We likely will not ask you to repeat something ten times the way some other videographers will just to get a specific shot unless we’ve discussed it with you during our initial consult. Instead, we let the day go on and capture its natural beauty as if we’re a fly on the wall! Additionally, we value capturing good audio because of the story it is then able to share. Our goal is always to tell the beautiful story that is your relationship with one another, and your loved ones that are present for your big day. 

Due to copyright law, we can only legally use music we have permission to use. Because of that we license all our music exclusively through an incredible platform called The Music Bed. We find that we are able to find a song that matches our couple’s style almost perfectly time and time again, however if you have a specific song on TheMusicBed that you’d like for us to use – we’re all ears! We want you to be as involved (or not) as you’d like to be when it comes to this process.

Linear edits are a bit different from our typical edits in that they aren’t a creative or highlight edit. Instead, we capture an event from beginning to end and then edit our various angles of the event to be the same length as it happened live. If you want to watch back your full ceremony or laugh at your best man’s toast over and over – you’ll want to make sure you get a linear edit!

We’ll get along great! Our goal is to be a photographers best friend, and to date after shooting 150+ weddings, it’s still working. We’re a photo-first video team and always joke with our photographers to give us a swift kick to the rear end if we are in the way of their shot! We pride ourselves on being the best video team to work with, and if you ask the many photographers we’ve worked with in the past, they’ll be sure to agree.

This is a collection of every bit of audio and video we captured on your day. It is not color corrected or enhanced, and no editing is done whatsoever. It is meant to be used by an editor to edit, and is great for having an archive in case you want to look back through to find clips that may not have been used in your final edit. We often pull from raw footage archives to find clips of relatives in order to be able to remember special moments with them!

Of course! We love to hop on calls with our couples during our initial consult and also leading into the wedding day to make sure we have everything nailed down and good to go. But if you’d like to meet up, we’d love to do that too! Extra points if you know the cool local taco spots – they’re a key to our hearts.
